Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by explaining the service we offer, answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, and meeting with new and existing customers.
- Opens customer accounts.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience dealing with the public
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service and sales-related experience/exposure
- An interest in sales, helping customers, and providing customer service
