Consultive Strategy Group is hiring recent graduates to join our growing team as Account Executives. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, learn how sales and business development really work, and get trained and mentored by leaders who started where you are.

What You’ll Do
- Build real relationships with customers through professional, in-person conversations
- Learn each customer’s needs and recommend the right products or services
- Use our proven sales and customer acquisition strategies
- Follow up on leads, manage your accounts, and keep your reporting accurate
- Work with your team to hit shared goals
- Take part in ongoing leadership training that prepares you for your next role
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree, or graduating soon, in any major
- Strong communication skills and an easy way with people
- Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
- Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in leadership, business, or entrepreneurship (a plus)
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
