About the Role
Best Buy is partnering with Hisense to bring on a dedicated Home Theater Specialist who lives and breathes great picture and sound. You’ll be the go-to expert on the floor for Hisense TVs, soundbars, and home theater systems — helping customers find the right setup for their living room, bedroom, or dedicated theater space.
This isn’t a generic sales role. You’ll own the Hisense brand experience inside the store, keep the displays looking sharp, and make sure every customer who walks past leaves knowing exactly what Hisense can do for them.
What you’ll do
– Engage customers on the sales floor and guide them toward the right Hisense home theater solution for their budget and space- Demonstrate Hisense TVs and audio products — including ULED, QLED, and laser TV lines — with confidence and clarity- Stay current on Hisense product launches, specs, and competitive positioning- Maintain Hisense display setups, ensuring everything is clean, powered on, and showing correctly- Partner with Best Buy sales associates to drive Hisense attach rates and overall category performance- Track your own sales metrics and report on Hisense brand performance in the store- Represent Hisense at in-store events and promotional activations
About you
– 1+ years of retail or consumer electronics sales experience- Genuine interest in home theater — TVs, soundbars, receivers, streaming- Comfortable talking to all kinds of customers, from tech enthusiasts to first-time buyers- Self-motivated; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
– Familiarity with Hisense products or ULED/laser TV technology- Experience in a vendor rep or brand ambassador role- Background in audio/video installation or calibration
