BAD KIDS KORPORATION INTERN TEAM – CONTENT DIVISION Ignite Creativity | Build Legacy | Define Culture

ABOUT US: Bad Kids Korporation (BKK) is the future of creativity, collaboration, and youth culture. As part of a Grammy Award-winning collective, we are dedicated to pushing boundaries across entertainment, fashion, art, film, and music. This is your chance to work with a visionary team redefining storytelling and cultural innovation.

THE OPPORTUNITY: We are building a powerhouse Content Team to drive our multi-faceted projects to new heights. We’re seeking highly creative, motivated, and hardworking individuals ready to make an impact. This is a professional-level internship offering 6 months (with option to extend) of hands-on experience with opportunities for growth, including in-person collaboration in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. While this is an upfront unpaid opportunity, selected interns will occasionally (on a per project basis) have access to MFN (Most Favored Nations) agreements, potential residual opportunities, and credits for projects that can elevate their careers.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1. Photographer ○ Capture culture. Document the creative process, events, and artists with a keen eye for storytelling. ○ Experience with fashion, film, and dynamic event photography preferred.

2. Videographer ○ Film the movement. Create stunning visuals and behind-the-scenes footage that embody the subject’s energy. ○ Skills in handheld filming, dynamic framing, and creative video concepts a must.

3. Film Editor ○ Cutting edge storytelling. Transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality visual stories.
○ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software required.

4. Reel Maker ○ Viral moments start here. Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that grabs attention and drives engagement. ○ Experience in trending formats and storytelling for social platforms is ideal.

5. Social Media Content Generator ○ Fuel the conversation. Design dynamic, on-brand posts and visuals for various brand platforms. ○ Strong understanding of emerging trends and platform-specific strategies.

6. Social Media Content Manager ○ Build the hype. Oversee various brands social presence, manage calendars, monitor analytics, and drive audience growth. ○ Experience with social media tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite a plus.

7. Ad Maker ○ Shape campaigns. Develop engaging digital ads and campaigns tailored to entertainment and lifestyle audiences. ○ Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

8. Sales Specialist ○ Pitch the vision. Identify brand partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue opportunities that align with various brands/industries goals. ○ Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

9. Research & Development Intern (Marketing Trends) ○ Stay ahead of the curve. Analyze marketing trends, develop insights, and explore innovative strategies for various brands under this umbrella. ○ Familiarity with AI tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Visual Mind Map, Evolving I, NotebookLM, or similar platforms preferred.
